Yep, it's something that has no quick fix and that no one else can help with ... Ianto has no idea at all what it's doing to Jack, as you say, he doesn't even realise it himself.

Don't worry about rambling, ramble away ... it's good for the soul. Hopefully Ianto and you *hugs* will slowly feel better soon.
