Yes, it's sad, but it's also rather sweet... I completely believe that Ianto would want Jack to find someone else to love (and be loved by) after he's gone (although I hope it's a long time before he is gone!)
(And I know what you mean about not meaning to do this hehe... I wasn't going to but then I did day 1 and somehow I've now promised myself I *am* going to do them all...)
