They are, they just have different stores, there's a US iTunes store and a UK iTunes store. (Believe me I tried to figure out how work around it to d/l John Barrowman's single).

Though I am going to look at US iTunes tonight and see if they have them on the off chance to download.

It's all bookmarked. :)
