She got her 'C'!

ickle got her results in the post for her A2 Psychology .... and she got her predicted 'C' so she's a happy bunny!

She also got her letter confirming she has a place at the University Of Kent in Canterbury in 2010 for the course she applied for.

She's taking a year off ... i don't blame her, all those normal school years, two years in 6th form and another at college taking yet more courses, the Applied Science BTEC was a two year course that she did in one!

I'm living in denial at the moment that she is going off to Australia for three months (at least) soon and will be away for xmas ...

Congratulations to her. I hope she enjoys her gap year and Australia. You can at least console yourself that she is going to a country where they speak English and have good communications, so she has no excuse for not keeping in touch.

I must say that UKC is an excellent place to study. I just graduated from there this summer and it is a great place.

Yes, i'm very grateful for the fact it's an English speaking country to say the least! She's taking her laptop and leaving us her webcam so keeping in touch will be easy.

I shall pass on your congratulations and she'll be so happy to know you enjoyed your time at UKC.
