Of course the TARDIS likes Ianto - doesn't everybody? It seems that Rose likes him too, they certainly seem to be getting along well, that's a lovely conversation between them. I like that despite how close Rose and the Doctor are, there are things she won't ask him because she's not sure she really wants to know the answers.
