A huge thank you to everyone who's giving me encouragement, it it very much appreciated.

I'm hoping to have a major catch up at the weekend, i will be in Scotland with hubby but he is abandoning me for more than a day and although i shall be spending some time with friends i should have some time to myself ... and no internet! I didn't think i would get anything written today as my damned insomnia hit last night, but yay, a little!
