*hugs* sometimes or rather a lot of the time shopping brings the worst out in people. We had an auditor or higher up manager (I'm not exactly sure what he is) in yesterday and he was outraged by the way a customer spoke to him and acted, and was then surprised when I mentioned that was pretty much a normal really common occurence. I think that patience is pretty much something that people try to teach their children because it is expected, but don't really practice it themselves, or that's how it comes across where I work.
